Recent significant experience includes advising: Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) on a range of transactions, including its acquisition of an additional stake in London City Airport, its disposal of AGS Airports to AviAlliance, its acquisition of 50% of Enel Green Power Hellas, its investment in Island Green Power, its €2.4 billion acquisition of Suez UK, and the acquisition of interests in Viesgo, sale of Viesgo Renovables to EDP Renováveis, and formation of the Viesgo/E-Redes joint venture; J.F. Lehman & Company on its acquisition of the Wrist Group, its disposal of the Global Marine Group to Keppel Infrastructure Fund, its acquisition of Mission Microwave Technologies, and the sale by portfolio company Trident Maritime Systems of Aeronautical & General Instruments to DC Capital Partners; NOVA Infrastructure on its disposal of Bold Ocean/Schuyler Line Navigation to J.P. Morgan Global Transportation Group; ENI on its acquisition of Chevron's interests in the Indonesia Deepwater Development project; The Timken Company on its acquisition of Nadella Group from ICG; Goldman Sachs and Wellcome Trust on the £4.66 billion disposal of iQ Student Accommodation to Blackstone; DataBank on its acquisition and financing of zColo from Zayo Group Holdings; Sumitomo Heavy Industries on its investment in Highview Power and its acquisition of Invertek Drives; and Loungers plc on its IPO.
Charlie spent a year in the Firm's New York Office and a year on secondment at MAM, supporting MAM's European real assets legal team.
