Nick Imbrogno advises clients on the administration of benefits and compensation plans, programs, and arrangements with complex legal requirements deriving from the Internal Revenue Code and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). His practice also focuses on the employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of corporate transactions. Nick has experience drafting and reviewing severance, equity incentive, and employment agreements as well as provisions for defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans.
Prior to attending law school, Nick taught composition and rhetoric courses at John Carroll University and Kent State University.
