Jean-Gabriel Griboul has 20 years of experience advising clients on private and public M&A, PE (private equity), and ECM (equity capital market) transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions or investments, divestitures and strategic alliances, and corporate law issues.

He is recognized in numerous legal publications, including Chambers Europe that notes "his commercial sense is valued by clients, one dubbing him ‘efficient, precise and pragmatic’."

Jean-Gabriel has acted as principal lawyer in a significant number of early to late-stage financing rounds, M&A transactions, LBOs (leveraged buyouts), IPOs (initial public offerings), rights issues, tender offers, and private placements.
