Dalton Earich's practice focuses on intellectual property, with an emphasis on high-stakes patent litigation. Dalton has experience practicing before U.S. District Courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC). His experience encompasses many different technologies including LED (light-emitting diode) devices, robotics, smart wearable devices, semiconductors, integrated circuits, and chemical coatings.
