Amanda Dollinger represents financial institutions and other companies in high-stakes litigation, investigations, and state and federal enforcement actions — with a particular focus on matters involving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues; diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) inquiries; antitrust allegations; and inquiries and investigations concerning fair access to banking.
Amanda counsels clients through all phases of state and federal investigations — from initial inquiries and subpoenas to multistate coordination and resolution. Amanda regularly advises executive leadership and legal and compliance teams on evolving state and federal enforcement priorities, public-facing communications, and risk management frameworks tailored to complex political and regulatory environments.
In addition to her enforcement work, Amanda has significant experience in commercial litigation and structured finance disputes, including matters relating to residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), collateralized debt obligations (CDOs), and other securitizations. She routinely counsels corporate trust departments and defends trustees, master servicers, and servicers against claims arising from representations and warranties, events of default, and other issues impacting securitizations.
