Recent matters include advising: Geely on the creation of a €7 billion joint venture with Renault for the purpose of developing, manufacturing, and supplying hybrid and internal combustion engine powertrains; Infor (affiliate of Koch Industries) on the acquisition of Acumen, a revenue growth management and highly specialized consulting company; Mapei on the acquisition of Bitumat, a Saudi manufacturer of waterproofing materials and, separately, on the acquisition of the Wykamol Group, a UK building materials manufacturer; Macquarie Asset Management on the execution of a put option agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Suez Recycling and Recovery UK Group for €2.4 billion; and Macquarie Asset Management, via Macquarie GIG Renewable Energy Fund 2 SCSp, on its acquisition of 50% of Enel Green Power Hellas from Enel Green Power S.p.A. for an enterprise value of approximately €980 million.
