Isabelle Maury focuses on banking and finance matters with a particular emphasis on acquisition and corporate financing as well as debt restructuring involving amicable procedures or in court proceedings. She is also very active in debt financing transactions for high-growth listed and unlisted companies.
Isabelle has in-depth experience in various financing transactions, domestic and cross-border, especially in the area of acquisition and corporate financing. In particular, Isabelle assists lenders and borrowers (both corporate entities and investment funds) in connection with leveraged and nonleveraged acquisition financing transactions.
She also advises borrowers and issuers in a range of financing operations, whether corporate facilities, debt private placements, factoring, or prefinancing transactions or debt financing guaranteed or granted by domestic or European public banking institutions.
Isabelle also has experience in hybrid debt raising transactions for high-growth companies particularly under venture loans, convertibles, and financings granted by the European Central Bank.
