Pascal Grandé focuses on intellectual property law, particularly in the areas of national and international patent litigation.
Pascal has worked extensively on patent infringement, prosecution, invalidation proceedings, and preliminary injunctions across numerous technology sectors, including aircraft cabin electronics, photo ablative lasers, automotive, med tech, life sciences, amino acid producing bacteria, and consumer products.
In addition, he has experience in trade secret misappropriation cases and has advised on several M&A transactions regarding IP and commercial matters and on global license and distribution agreements. He also has worked extensively on compliance matters, including internal investigations and trade secret compliance.
Prior to earning his second state exam, Pascal served as a legal trainee and intern in Munich and London where he worked on product liability and patent litigation projects and on M&A transactions.
