Kendra Marvel's practice focuses on civil and white collar criminal litigation and government investigations involving international or cross-border issues.

Kendra has more than a decade of experience with high-profile and high-stakes cross-border matters being litigated in U.S. and non-U.S. jurisdictions. Kendra was a member of the winning team for a multinational energy corporation in a hallmark RICO action in the Southern District of New York and advised the client in related matters, including recognition and enforcement proceedings, around the globe.

In addition to civil litigation, Kendra has substantial experience with investigations and criminal defense. Kendra structures and oversees internal investigations and represents corporate clients and individuals in DOJ-initiated investigations regarding complex allegations of corruption, bribery, fraud, and various Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA) claims. She has secured successful resolution in FCPA, wire fraud, and money laundering cases and in Swiss Bank Program inquiries.

One of Kendra's distinct areas of focus is counseling clients facing litigation outside of the United States or parallel litigation in multiple jurisdictions. Kendra is familiar with civil law judicial systems and coordinates seamlessly with local counsel to ensure that a consistent global litigation strategy is developed and maintained. She has worked on matters in Ecuador, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Colombia as well as several countries within the European Union and Asia.

Kendra has secured asylum for children and families fleeing severe persecution in Central and South America. Kendra was a foreign associate in Santiago, Chile from 2011 to 2012, where she advised clients facing litigation and government investigations in Chile.
