Jennifer Flannery is a product liability trial lawyer with a distinct understanding of client needs having recently worked as in-house counsel. She has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Jennifer has served as trial counsel in high-profile cases, including a lead pigments and paints case involving Wisconsin's risk contribution collective theory of liability, in which a unanimous jury returned a complete defense verdict. She also has served as trial counsel for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company.

Jennifer's cases have involved complex legal issues such as risk contribution, market share, and other collective liability theories; public nuisance; medical monitoring; duty to warn; conspiracy; and liability for trade association activities. She has extensive experience in case coordination across multiple jurisdictions and working with joint defense groups.

During Jennifer's time in-house, she managed an active nationwide asbestos docket as well as a diverse docket of other cases, including product liability, employment, commercial, and intellectual property matters, and acted as trial counsel. She also participated in a variety of continuous improvement and cost control initiatives and regularly worked with and reported to top company executives.

Jennifer serves on the board of directors of The Cool Girls, Inc., an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization dedicated to the self-empowerment of at-risk girls to promote life-long success. In addition, she is actively involved in the Firm's pro bono activities in Laredo, Texas, which provide comprehensive legal services to immigrant women. Jennifer also serves as a Master in the Lamar Inn of Court.
