Jones Day advised Ellerston Capital Limited ("Ellerston Capital"), an Australian-based specialist investment manager, as lead tax advisor in connection with its investment of AU$100 million of convertible notes in the Winnings Appliance Group. The investment is made in advance of the planned initial public officer of the Winnings Group as supported by Ellerston Capital.
