Eildon Capital receives unsolicited offer from Samuel Terry Asset Management

Client(s) Eildon Capital Limited

Jones Day advised the Eildon Capital Group (Eildon) on the unsolicited off-market takeover bid by Samuel Terry Asset Management (STAM) for all of Eildon’s stapled securities not already owned by STAM. The takeover offer was ultimately recommended by the independent board committee established by Eildon to consider the offer and STAM was successful in achieving its minimum acceptance condition and completing the takeover.
