Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing of Jade Swimwear d/b/a Dolfin Swimwear, a designer and manufacturer of swimwear and accessories for training, competition, and fitness enthusiasts. The financing consisted of an incremental term loan.
