Sam Tee is a corporate lawyer with experience in M&A, corporate real estate, and private equity transactions.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Sam advised one of the largest asset managers in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region on its first European real estate joint venture, acted for a Nasdaq-listed life sciences company on the divestment of certain businesses, and advised a U.S. health care REIT (real estate investment trust) on the dissolution of global joint venture arrangements and the reorganization of its real estate portfolio.
Sam also has worked on private investments into sports businesses and completed client secondments with a multinational oil and gas company and a global bank.
