ジーン・クオは、M&A、知的財産権、独占禁止法、労働法及び一般企業法務を含む幅広い分野を担当しています。台湾に対する投資や台湾企業株式の取得・売却に関し日本企業を代理し、あるいは、労働問題や台湾独占禁止法のコンプライアンスを含む様々な法規制に関する助言を提供することについて、豊富な経験を有しています。最近では、日欧の電力企業グループが台湾の洋上風力発電所を買収する際に代理を務めました。

クオは、M&Aの経験に加え、台湾独占禁止法に関する調査において国内外の企業を代理した経験も有しています。また、日本企業を代理して台湾企業と特許ライセンス交渉を行い、さらには、知的財産権に関わる紛争や訴訟に対応した実績もあります。
