Giles Elliott has been advising companies, sponsors, and financial institutions on an extensive range of corporate transactions and governance matters including public and private M&A, fundraisings, buyouts, joint ventures, and investments for 30 years.
He has held numerous Firm leadership positions and currently serves as a member of the Firm's partnership and advisory committees. In addition to his role as Global Chair of AI and Innovation, Giles is the European Client Affairs partner.
Giles has been repeatedly recommended in the Chambers Europe and Chambers UK guides and also is recognized in The Legal 500 UK.
