Materion amends $275 million precious metals consignment facilities with Bank of Montreal

Jones Day advised Materion Corporation and certain of its subsidiaries in drafting and negotiating amendments to their U.S. and German precious metals consignment agreements with Bank of Montreal for consignments denominated in gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and other precious and semi-precious metals. Among other things, the amendments extend the maturity date of the facilities from August 31, 2025 to August 31, 2028 and increase the consignment limits thereunder. Together, the facilities represent Materion Corporation's largest precious metals consignment facility with a single consignor and have a combined consignment limit of $275 million.
