Hansteen Holdings completes placing of £47.1 million Ordinary Shares

Client(s) Hansteen Holdings PLC

Jones Day advised Hansteen Holdings PLC, a European industrial REIT, in connection with its £47.1 million (US$79 million) placing, valuing the company at £720 million (US$1.2 billion). Part of the proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition of £26 million (US$43 million) units in the Ashtenne Industrial Fund and the remainder will be used to purchase industrial properties in the UK and Continental Europe.
