Tanner Wadsworth is a trial lawyer who represents corporations through all stages of complex civil litigation, from pre-lawsuit evaluation to appeal. He has first-chaired multiple federal trials and acted as lead counsel in consumer arbitrations. Tanner also briefs and argues cases on appeal, most recently before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Tanner has assisted clients across a range of industries, including health care, energy, construction, credit reporting, and defense contracting. His recent representations involve complex negligence and professional malpractice claims, claims brought under a state analogue to the False Claims Act, and claims brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Tanner has an active pro bono practice. He is a member of the U.S. State Department's Hague Convention Attorney Network, which facilitates the return of abducted children to their home countries. Before entering law school, Tanner was a writer at an advertising agency, where his work won a Clio Award and a One Show Pencil.
