Tyler Scott focuses her practice on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, as well as government enforcement actions, particularly those related to investigations initiated by state attorneys general.

Tyler also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients ranging from survivors of human trafficking to individuals seeking asylum in the United States, and actively participates in Jones Day's Constitutional Policing and Civil Justice Reform Initiative.

While in law school, Tyler was a research assistant for Professor Camille Gear Rich on topics of constitutional law, feminist legal theory, the First Amendment, and discrimination issues related to race, class, and gender.
