Rob Harris practices corporate law with a focus on private equity and M&A. He has acted for public and private corporate clients including private equity sponsors, management teams, and fund vehicles on a range of mid-market acquisitions, exits, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, and management incentive plans.

Clients Rob has recently advised include The Riverside Company, True, EagleTree Capital, Arsenal Capital Partners, Goode Partners, Koch Equity Development, ARA Asset Management Limited, Greystar, and Cortland Partners. Rob has also recently advised the management teams of Creed Perfumes and Lekela Power.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Rob worked as a paralegal in the Enforcement and Market Oversight division of the Financial Conduct Authority.
