Jennifer Flannery is a trial lawyer with a distinct understanding of client needs having also worked as in-house counsel. She has more than 30 years of experience defending clients in complex mass tort and multijurisdictional litigation and has served as trial counsel in several high-profile product liability cases involving complex legal theories, including public nuisance, collective liability theories, risk contribution, conspiracy, and constitutional issues. She has extensive experience in case coordination across multiple jurisdictions and working with joint defense groups.

During Jennifer's time in-house, she managed an active nationwide asbestos docket as well as a diverse docket of other cases, including product liability, employment, commercial, and intellectual property matters, and she acted as trial counsel. Jennifer also participated in a variety of continuous improvement and cost control initiatives and regularly interacted with top company executives.

In addition to her trial work, Jennifer is actively involved in the Firm's pro bono activities in Laredo, Texas, which provide comprehensive legal services to immigrants seeking asylum. Jennifer served for five years on the board of directors of The Cool Girls, Inc., an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization dedicated to the self-empowerment of at-risk girls to promote life-long success, and she is a Master in the Clarence Cooper Inn of Court.
