Nick Daly represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the country. Nick focuses his practice on commercial litigation and other corporate matters, ranging from securities litigation and shareholder disputes, to corporate governance matters and internal investigations.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Nick clerked for Judge Walter W. Davis at the Georgia State-wide Business Court, and prior to rejoining the Firm in 2024, he clerked for Judge Richard W. Story at the Northern District of Georgia. Before entering law school, Nick worked as a talent agent for a sports and entertainment agency in Atlanta, where he represented sports and news broadcasters at the local, regional, and national levels.
Nick maintains an active pro bono practice and is dedicated to community service. He is also a member of the Georgia State University Law Alumni Council Board.
