Jones Day represented Alcoa Corporation as lessor in connection with two leases of real property in Milam County, Texas a global renewable energy developer, one for 2,011 acres and the other for 3,028 acres, to be used for solar energy conversion facilities that will collect, store, and transmit electric power.
