Jones Day advised Intermediate Capital Group plc in connection with the unitranche financing for the acquisition of the IONISOS Groupe, an international contract service company specializing in radiation sterilization of pharmaceutical primary packaging, API's, pharmaceutical finished products and medical devices, by funds managed by Ardian.
