CBRE Global Investors acquires 16.7% of Light Year One Holdings

Jones Day represented CBRE Global Investors in connection with its acquisition of 16.7% of Light Year One Holdings Limited from Global Logistic Properties Limited. Light Year One Holdings Limited was formerly a 50/50 joint venture between Global Logistics Properties and China Investment Corp.; however, upon the acquisition, became a three way joint venture with clients of CBRE. The joint venture owns £1.6 billion (US$2.5 billion) of Japanese logistics assets.
