Jones Day represented Banco Santander, S.A., as agent, Banco de Sabadell, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., and La Caixa in connection with the €22.7 million (US$60.5 million) project financing for the construction and operation of the La Rabia windpark with a total generating capacity of 21.71 MW located in Burgos, Spain.
