Spécialisé en Télécoms, Médias & Technologies (TMT) depuis plus de 20 ans, Rémy Fekete dirige la pratique TMT du bureau de Paris.

Son champ d’expertise couvre le droit applicable aux télécommunications, à l’audiovisuel, au satellite et à l’internet. Il intervient régulièrement devant les autorités gouvernementales et les autorités de régulation en charge de ces secteurs.

Fort de ses nombreuses missions d’assistance aux gouvernements et aux autorités de régulation pour la libéralisation des télécommunications, il intervient également depuis plusieurs années, aux côtés de ses clients - opérateurs, diffuseurs, towerco, fonds d’investissements - sur les principales opérations de financement, de restructuration et de fusion-acquisition dans le secteur.

Rémy Fekete œuvre très activement depuis vingt ans sur l’ensemble du continent africain et au Moyen-Orient, et a pris en particulier une part importante au développement du secteur des TIC en Afrique.

Il intervient tant en Afrique francophone, lusophone qu'anglophone et conseille Etats et investisseurs sur les principaux projets d’infrastructures dans le déploiement de groupes internationaux et dans le cadre d’opérations d’acquisitions.
