Florent Bouyer has significant experience in capital markets, public M&A, and complex corporate and securities law matters. He advises on a wide array of capital markets transactions, including tender offers, equity offerings, equity-linked and debt offerings, IPOs, public and private placements, block trades, dual listings, and delistings. Florent also handles all corporate law questions as well as regulatory issues relating to AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) and corporate governance.

Florent's experience includes representations of issuers or financial institutions in transactions involving Wabtec, Atmel, P&G, or Stallergenes (public M&A); Ingenico, CGG, Neopost, or Assystem (convertible bonds); Genfit, SOITEC, Figeac Aero, Naturex, Rubis, Onxeo, Valneva, or Voltalia (rights offerings); and Tikehau Capital, NextStage, BioAmber, Criteo, MedTech, or Supersonic Imagine (IPOs).

Florent is listed in Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, and The Legal 500 EMEA, where he is described as having "great expertise in all ECM products." He is recommended in The Legal 500 Paris for equity-linked offerings in France and for being "very technical with great experience and expertise of equity-linked transactions and IPOs."
