Jones Day represented Grupo Enhol in connection with a €77.5 million financing from Rabobank for the repowering of two wind farms in Navarra, Spain. The transaction was part of a €93 million investment to replace 87 existing turbines with 11 next-generation wind turbines, increasing installed capacity to 69.2 MWp.
