Jones Day represents Shoreline Biosciences ("Shoreline") in developing patent portfolios relating to engineered chimeric antigen receptors (CARs), genetically modified immune cells (including natural killer (NK) cells, CAR-NK cells, and CAR-macrophages), and NK cells and macrophages derived from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC). The Firm also represents Shoreline in overseeing the development of in-licensed patent portfolios relating to CRISPR-based gene editing methods.
