Zenith Service acts as master servicer and asset manager in securitization of portfolio of real estate assets in Milan

Jones Day advised Zenith Service S.p.A., as master servicer and asset manager, in the context of a securitization transaction having as its object the proceeds arising from a portfolio of real estate assets located in the municipality of Milan, which have been acquired by Real Estate SPV Project 2205 S.r.l., an Italian securitization vehicle established pursuant to Article 7.2 of the Law 130/1999 (Securitization SPV 7.2). The transaction entails a complex regulatory analysis and a funding structure based on the issuance of one class of senior notes, subscribed in full by Ben Oldman European Asset Backed Lending, S.A., and one class of junior notes, subscribed by a junior investor.
