Jones Day represented IDFC Securities Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, and Emkay Global Financial Services Limited, as placement agents, in connection with the INR 4.4 billion (US$70.8 million) of Equity Shares in a qualified institutions placement under Section 4(a)(2) and Regulation S of the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, by IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, an infrastructure development and construction company in the roads and highways sector.
