Jones Day assisted Developers Diversified Realty Corporation, a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust, in connection with its Controlled Equity Program whereby Developers Diversified may issue up to $200 million of its Common Shares in at-the-market offerings through its agent, BNY Mellon Capital Markets, LLC over the course of the three year program.
