Privacy and data protection lawyer John Brigagliano joins Jones Day in Atlanta
John Brigagliano has joined Jones Day as of counsel in its Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection Practice. He is based in the Firm's Atlanta Office.
Mr. Brigagliano solves clients' transactional and compliance issues related to data privacy, biometric technologies, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, technology licensing and procurement, and cross-border transactions. He also helps clients manage data and technology offerings throughout the product lifecycle and provides cyber and data privacy support for major corporate transactions.
Mr. Brigagliano is a frequent speaker on biometric and consumer privacy issues before groups such as the national and Georgia Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Atlanta Chapter of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, the Privacy and Technology Law Forum, and the International Privacy and Security Forum.

Mr. Brigagliano joins a global, multidisciplinary team of Jones Day lawyers with in-depth experience assisting clients with all of their cyber, privacy, and data protection legal needs. The Firm's Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection Practice advises clients worldwide on transactions, compliance, governance and risk management, cyber-incident preparedness and response, regulatory investigations, and litigation.
