SOURCECORP resolves derivative and class actions

Client(s) SOURCECORP, Inc.

Jones Day represented SOURCECORP, Inc. and certain of its officers and directors in several derivative and class action lawsuits arising out of the facts alleged in the underlying securities litigation, as well as an announced merger of SOURCECORP with Apollo Management. A settlement was reached and approved by the court on August 7, 2007. All of the cases have been dismissed.
