Saks obtains dismissal of all discrimination claims in federal court

Jones Day represented Saks Fifth Avenue against former employee's claims of sexual and racial harassment and retaliatory termination. Following a five day public hearing, in April 2010, Jones Day obtained a dismissal of all claims against Saks and the individual defendants. After the plaintiff filed a similar action in federal court, in September 2011, Jones Day obtain dismissal of all claims against Saks in the federal action.
