Saks obtains affirmance of dismissal in discrimination case brought by former employee

Jones Day represented Saks Fifth Avenue against former employee's claims of sexual and racial harassment and retaliatory termination. Following a five day public hearing, on March 1, 2010, we obtained dismissal of all claims. In April 2010, following a review of the objections submitted by the complainant, the Chief Administrative Law Judge affirmed the dismissal.
