Blue Point Capital portfolio companies complete consensual foreclosure transaction

Client(s) Blue Point Capital Partners

Jones Day advised Blue Point Capital Partners in a consensual foreclosure transaction involving its portfolio companies MarketPoint Direct, LLC and ASCO Marketing LLC with their senior secured lender ORIX Finance Corp. The transaction consisted of the sale of substantially all of the portfolio companies' assets to ORIX Finance Corp., who concurrently sold the assets to Com-Pak Services, Inc. Blue Point received an equity interest in Com-Pak Services, Inc. and was released from a liquidity guaranty and certain other debt covenants.
