Client(s) Magvation, Inc.

Jones Day represented Magvation, Inc. in a lawsuit by a stockholder seeking to enforce a statutory demand under Nevada law for inspection of the company's corporate records. The court dismissed the complaint and granted the company's motion for fees and costs under NRS 78.257.
