Jones Day advised Bayerische Landesbank (BayernLB) in the execution of an €16 million facility agreement governed by Italian law and between Via Crespi 26 S.r.l., as borrower, as SPV directly/indirectly owned by a real estate alternative investment fund managed by BNP Paribas REIM Luxembourg S.A., and BayernLB, as arranger, agent, and original lender, for the refinancing of the financial indebtedness of the borrower related to the office building located in Milan (Italy).
