Jones Day represented Banca March, S.A. in connection with the financing of a real estate acquisition for SW Culture, S.L. (an SPV of the real estate investment fund Stoneweg) in Barcelona, Spain, valued at more than €100 million which will be the future location of the Thyssen Museum, and the costs and expenses arising from the refurbishment of the building.
