Jones Day assisted Banco BPM S.p.A., as lender, in the structuring and granting of a mortgage financing in the context of a securitization pursuant to article 7, paragraph 1, letter (b-bis) and article 7.2 of the Law No. 130 of 30 April 1999, implemented for the acquisition of a residential property located in Santa Margherita Ligure, and structured through the issuance of 3 different classes of Notes.
