Client(s) Electricité de France (EDF) and Engie

Jones Day acted as antitrust counsel to both Electricité de France S.A. ("EDF") and Engie in the formation of Nojoom, a joint venture formed between EDF and Engie that will finance, supply, install, operate and maintain LED energy-efficient luminaires in Abu Dhabi, resulting in a significant reduction in future power consumption.
