Savills Investment Management oversees execution of €11 million facility agreement between Panther alternative investment fund and UniCredit S.p.A.

Jones Day assisted Savills Investment Management SGR S.p.A., acting in its capacity of management company of the closed-end real estate Italian reserved alternative investment fund named “Panther”, as borrower, in the context of the €11 million facility agreement with UniCredit S.p.A., as lender, for the refinancing of the debt connected with the retail park owned by the borrower denominated “Brinpark” located in Brindisi. In particular Jones Day assisted the clients in the negotiation and execution of the facility agreement and the related finance documents, including the security documents over certain assets of the borrower and the entire quota capital of the SPV (controlled by the borrower) holding the licenses necessary to run the retail park.
