Jones Day represented Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, in connection with a $155.99 million construction loan secured by the construction of a "Class A" apartment complex which will include 37 residential apartment units, 3,372 rentable square feet of retail space, and a parking structure located in Austin, Texas.
