illimity Bank S.p.A. completes securitisation of trade receivables originated by Italian incorporated company

Jones Day advised illimity Bank S.p.A., as as arranger and senior investor, in connection with the structuring of a securitisation transaction of trade receivables originated from an Italian incorporated company and arising from Italian law governed supply agreements. The transaction has been carried out through the issuance, by an Italian securitisation vehicle incorporated under the Italian law 130/1999, of two classes (senior and junior) of asset-backed notes having a “partly-paid” structure which have been subscribed by illimity Bank and other investors.
