Biobest obtains financing for acquisition of Plant Products

Client(s) Biobest Group NV

Jones Day advised the Biobest Group on the financing of its acquisition of the Canadian company, Morse Leasing Inc. (Plant Products), by means of a Belgian law governed loan agreement entered into by Biobest Group NV as borrower, and the issuance of notes due February 23, 2032 by Biobest Canada Ltd, as issuer.
