Client(s) Zenith Service S.p.A. and GMA S.r.l.

Jones Day advised Zenith Service S.p.A., as master servicer, and GMA S.r.l., as asset manager and junior noteholder, on the structuring and implementation of a real estate securitization transaction pursuant to articles 7, paragraph 1, letter b-bis and 7.2 of Law 130/1999, carried out in relation to a portfolio of real estate assets located in the North of Italy.
