Jones Day represented American Transmission Systems, Incorporated, a wholly-owned subsidiary of FirstEnergy Transmission, LLC, which is a direct subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp., in connection with its Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 2.650% Senior Notes due 2032.
